Chutney is a side dish and it refers to different types of sauces and dips native to India. Almost all Indian traditions has different types of chutney preparations with their special spices.
Today’s recipe is shared by my aunt and its utterly delicious and goes very well with steaming hot rice and daal(lentil curry). Let’s have a look at the recipe.
Recipe name: Soya chunks chutney
Ingredients: Soya chucks, Kashmiri dry red chilies and raw green chilies, 3 pieces of garlic,an inch of ginger, onions, salt as per taste.
Preparation process:
1. Boil the soya chunks and squeeze out the water.
2. Then roughly chop the soya chunks into big pieces and keep it aside.
3. Take a pan and add oil.
4. Add the soya chunks and onion largely chopped pieces and kashmiri red chilli, add salt and fry them to mildly golden brown.
5. Cool them in room temperature.
6. Take a blender jar and put the cooled ingredients and add garlic, ginger, green chilies.
7. Blend it.
8. The chutney is done, check the salt level.
Now that you know this special recipe, enjoy it with steamed hot rice and daal.
