Our immune system is the main defense mechanism that helps our body to fight with viruses and other harmful micro organisms so to keep it up working we need to boost it with nutrients like certain minerals and vitamins that enhances it.

Let us check some of these nutrients

1. Any citrus fruits packed with Vitamin C

2. Any fruits or vegetables that is yellow and red in color has rich Vitamin A

3. Zinc rich fruits such as Guavas, Oranges, blackberries, Blueberries, Avocado, kiwi fruit

The above mentioned nutrients list are specific to fruits from which we can make immunity boosting drinks but the list of immunity boosters is very large.

Let us now check how we can make some immunity booster drinks.

Please Note: It is all best to have fruits in its natural form that is pealing off the skin and cutting them into dices and having a plate full of it daily but drinks without sugar is equally beneficial.

  1. Place in a mixer jar any citrus fruits like oranges, add a pinch of salt or sugar(if necessary) and blend it.
  2. Take some leafy greens like spinach and add a pinch of salt to it squeeze half a lemon pour water and blend it.
  3. Make carrots and beetroot juice by taking half portion of each in a jar add a pinch of salt and blend it.
  4. You can also make a combination of two or more fruits and make a healthy juice.
  5. Ayurvedic drinks like kadha and healthy recipes for tea.

With all these simple and easy drink recipes we can keep ourselves away from any diseases and make our immune system strong.
