India is a varied cultural country and so are the foods. This recipe speaks about how we can choose our spices with best combinations to get maximum benefit. Today’s recipe has two very great combination of spices- fresh green curry leaves and black pepper. This recipe is a diet-friendly and guilt free recipe and the spice levels can be adjusted as per your taste palette. Let’s check put this recipe.
Recipe and Preparation Process:
Curry leaves Pepper chicken
No marination of chicken required
1. Wash chicken with water properly -half kg
2. Heat a pan
3. Dry roast the below ingredients until the color changes with an aroma
1and half cup of curry leaves
2 spoon full of black pepper seeds
1 spoon coriander seed
1 spoon of jeera
1 spoon fennel seeds
1 stick cinnamon
2 piece elaichi
4. Grind to fine powder
5. Heat oil in a pan
6. Add finely chopped onion – 2 big size
7. Add ginger garlic paste
8. Add chicken pieces
9. Add salt to taste
10. Cover with lid and let it cook for 15-20 mins
11. Add the masala powder prepared
12. Saute and cook til 15- 20 mins more
14. Curry leaves Pepper Chicken is Ready
