How would a day be if we start with a breakfast packed with essential nutrients? It’s interesting and power packed right? In this busy life we focus mainly on shortcuts which works in most of the cases but with food no shortcuts holds good. The idea is to have fresh food everyday when ever possible. Here is such a recipe where you can get a plate full of all the useful ingredients to kick-start a day.
Recipe and Preparation Process:
Garlic bread –
1. Mix melted butter + salt + pepper + chili flakes + coriander.
2. Apply on the bread slices and then toast it according to your need.
Mashed potatoes –
1. Boil 3-4 potatoes. Mash it.
2. Heat a little bit of butter in a pan. Add the mashed potatoes in it.
3. Add salt and pepper .
4. Add some milk to it to make it creamy.
Sauteed veggies –
1. Boil vegetables of your choice ( One whistle in a pressure cooker). In this case I took cauliflower, carrot, bean n sweet corn.
2. Saute a little in butter. Add required amount of salt and pepper.
Chicken franchise –
1. Take required number of chicken breasts. Marinate it with salt and pepper for 1 hour ( Ideally marinate it overnight).
2. Take 2 eggs. Add required salt and pepper. Add coriander to it. Then add Parmesan cheese to it. Beat the whole mixture a little bit.
3. Take all purpose flour or maida in a plate.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add a little butter to it.
5. Now coat the chicken pieces in maida and then in the egg mixture.
6. Fry the coated chicken pieces till they are fully cooked on both sides.
7. Take olive oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic to it. Add butter and coriander. Add little bit of water and add the chicken pieces.( You can also add white wine to it) . Cook it for 2-3 mins and here your delicious dish is ready.
