4. Improve breathing by yoga– Yoga is a medicine for long term vitality and also is an immunity booster itself. Make it a habit of doing at least 15 mins breathing yoga for healthy life.

5. Live a stress free life: “Problems are inevitable, but worrying is a choice”. Let’s make a choice to focus more on the solution than rather worrying about its cause. A stress free life is a healthy life and will always keep your system strong and going.

6. Drink sufficient water: Water detoxify our system and keep away from regular and mild sickness. The benefits of drinking adequate water is immense and the list is very long. 8. Exposure to sun: Taking the morning sun will help our body to take useful vitamin D in our body whereas a prolonged exposure could lead to harmful impacts because of UV rays. Mild sunlight and less time exposure will help us to take the necessary vitamin D for immunity.

9. Avoid processed food: Processed foods contain preservatives that is harmful for health. Minimizing and avoiding totally will help us have a healthy youthful and strong immune life.

10. Avoid/Drink occasionally: Avoid alcohol if possible or drink occasionally and substitute your drink with healthy drinks like green tea, immunity booster drinks.
