Before revealing why I moved from normal butter to peanut butter let us know about the core ingredient in details.

Peanuts belongs to legume crop family and contains nutritional value similar to walnuts and almonds. Peanuts contains carbohydrates in the form of sugars and dietary fiber which accounts to nearly 21 g/100g, fats 48g/100g, proteins 25g/100g and a bundle of Vitamins like B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, vitamin C and Vitamin E and minerals like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc and water to around 4.26 g/100g.

With all these rich nutritional value of peanuts; peanut butter is a better choice over normal butter for daily diet. Also if we compare peanut butter with normal butter; peanut butter has more unsaturated fats whereas normal butter has saturated fats and has high amount of protein content than normal butter.

Thus, peanut butter comes as a healthy alternative to normal butter.
