Any fruit has basically three layers. The skin of the fruit, the pulp which we generally eat and the seed. Now what does the nature tells us to do and how we can understand simply by observing the anatomy of a fruit.

Well this blog is not about suggesting the choice of food but to keep check about the goodness of the food we choose for our health.

1.The skin tells us to choose those food that keeps us protective. As we know skin of a fruit is the layer that protects the pulp, we should keep at least one food that helps us to produce antibodies in our body in a day and to alternate it with another the next day. This simple addition to the diet will do wonders.

2.The pulp as it is soft and juicy tells us to include those food that provides a good amount of hydration to our body. It is so common in home makers(mostly Indian) that they sometimes forget to take adequate amount of water in a day due to heavy work load. In such a situation who forgets to intake water sufficiently, nature has a solution for it. Nature has provided good amount of water in fruits and vegetables and consuming them daily will keep the water level in check.

3. The seeds as it is tough from within and it is a symbol of growth; tells us to have a healthy diet and we will see changes coming in both physical and mental growth.
